The structure of the pulse bag filter is different from that of the general bag filter in that the porous partition plate of the filter bag is fixed on the upper half of the box body and a frame is installed inside the filter bag to prevent the filter bag from being sucked and dented by negative pressure. A venturi tube for inducing air flow is arranged at the upper mouth of the filter bag to increase the blowback ability. An upper part of the venturi is provided with a nozzle. Pulse blowing is a signal sent by the controller, and the filter bag is cleaned regularly by the actuator.
Its dust removal principle is: the dust from the air inlet gas into the dust collection box, because of the speed suddenly decreases, and some of the heavy dust particles by gravity separation, fall into the dust, the dust gas continues to flow upward and gradually wear filter bag, because the screen of filter bag filter, such as collision, hook and diffusion effect will be the vast majority of fine dust catcher down by filter bag filter in the purification of the clean gas bag together. The sutra canal enters the clear air chamber and is discharged from the clear air outlet. As the dust resists on the filter bag gradually thickens, the pressure loss of the dust collector increases continuously, and the amount of treated gas gradually decreases.
In order to stabilize the working condition of the dust collector, the system is required to spray compressed air into the filter bag according to the requirements to remove the dust and regenerate the filter bag. The cleared dust falls into the dust collecting hopper and is discharged continuously through the ash discharging device.
